Anyone else unable to install the app?

All I get is the modal popup with its loading image and thats it.

Tried in various browsers but no joy ...

   Have you tried installing from here: http://apps.shopify.com/campaign-monitor ?

   If you can't get past the modal popup you should probably contact Shopify support here: http://support.shopify.com/

   You could also try installing directly from the app here: http://campaign-monitor.heroku.com/

   Let us know how you get on.
