Not sending orders to Campaign monitor

Emails are not getting to Campaign Monitor. This is an error message I received in shopify:
Jul 10 Webhook for topic 'orders/create' pointing to 'http://campaign-monitor.heroku.com/subscriptions'
was deleted due to 48 hours of consecutive failures.

Thanks Bryce,
I have fixed this bug and re-enabled the webhook for your shop. I have also subscribed all the customers to your mailing list that were missed when this webhook was not working. Let me know if I have missed anything, or if you run into any more issues.
