Orders not sending addresses to Campaign Monitor
Yesterday I installed the Campaign Monitor App and configured it according to the provided instructions. However, no addresses are being stored in Campaign Monitor. I do have a form on the site (nochip.myshopify.com) that successfully submits to Campaign Monitor though.
See the attached image for the settings that I am using.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

It doesn't look like my image you attached has uploaded. Could you try and attach it again?
Also could you please send me your shop ID?

Hi Allison,
Because your shop is not "live" yet Shopify is marking the orders that are coming through as test orders. If this happens then we don't add the customers to your Campaign Monitor list. Once you start to receive "live" credit card orders your customers should start being added to Campaign Monitor.
I understand this process is a bit confusing, and we are looking at updating the application to make it a bit clearer. We are also considering adding the ability to add someone to your CM list directly from the application, as an additional test to make sure everything is configured correctly.
