I've successfully integrated CM with Shopify, with signs up being captured but we are only collecting he names and email details in CM, despite me having specified the additional fields relating to the date/ time of an order and full contact details.

I can't figure out if I have set this up incorrectly or if there a deliberate limit on the amount of personal data Shopify are allowed to pass over into CM. Can you help?

We don't currently support the collection of custom fields. This does complicate the process quite a lot, but we'll consider it for a future update to the application.

    Cheers,

    Hi B,

Could you tell us a bit more about how you would use these custom fields within Campaign Monitor?

We are looking into adding some functionality to our Shopify application that may provide you with the info you are looking for, but would work in a different way. For example we could enable you to create a list in Campaign Monitor based on a Customer Group in Shopify. This would allow you to filter your customers by the date of the order and/or where the customer was located. Would this work for you?

    Cheers,
    Isaac
