What action do I need to setup in Theme settings?

I am trying to get the email signup function working on our website www.dtblaze.com.au

I have gone through the whole Campaign Monitor setup etc & looks like I only need to insert an 'action' in the Newsletter section of Theme settings.

Can anyone tell me what I need to have in that field?

   Can you please be more specific? Are you having issued with our Shopify +
   Campaign Monitor app specifically or with Shopify itself?

   Yes I have installed the Shopify + CM app & its not working?

   I have attached a screenshot of error I get when I try to subscribe.

   I have also attached screenshot of the area I am led to believe needs an 'action' entered.

   Hi Brendan,

   This is actually a Shopify-related issue and doesn't have anything to do
   with our app… I'm really not sure what you need to enter there.

   Perhaps try contacting the support team for the theme you are using or
   Shopify support. If you really would like help with this from us, I'd be
   happy to look into it but we would need to charge our design rates.
