Hi my son deleted my diary and when I reinstalled it- all my entries were gone- can this be resolved as I would assume that you would not lose everything, every time it accidentally got deleted!

   Hi Andrea,

   Sorry for the slow response to your question.

   Your data should be backed up every time you sync your iPhone with iTunes. You should be able to restore by plugging your iPhone into your computer, right clicking on your iPhone in the iTunes sidebar and then choosing "Restore from Backup..." from the menu. If you have a Backup before your son deleted the app you should be able to choose that from the Restore window.

   You should also consider enabling Restrictions in the Settings app so that you are required to enter a password before deleting apps.

   I'm sorry I don't think it will be possible to recover your data unless you have already enabled iCloud Backup.
